I am flattered that you tried to copy my recipe. I am the founder of Mondo Shrimp This dish looks delicious however the original recipe is much different. I am planning to bottle it and possibly make a frozen heat and serve that would sell at local supermarkets. Just need to find a partner that could take on the project.

Have you bottled the recipe yet? If not, can you share? We used to frequent the restaurant in Olympia.
I'd like to know if you bottled your recipe yet, also. We used to love Mondo Shrimp in Kirkland and I've always wanted to get the recipe. I am going to try this one from the House of Mayberry tonight, but would sure like the real thing...care to share your secret recipe??
